Business Outlook
Pros
The people are generally great to work with. The work environment is very pro work-life balance and flexible which is very appealing. Georgetown does seem to give its employees a sense of job security and there is always an opportunity for movement within Georgetown.
Cons
Georgetown does not really provide competitive pay commensurate with the industry and workload that you're being tasked with. I find it very difficult to have any change implemented - it seems as though management is okay with having its employees working harder, not smarter.
