Upper management does not care about staff, only about stats and metrics. Data team shoulder an insane amount of work but very underpaid and tasks keeps getting added without consideration. career ladder is insane and people should be able to just apply to positions they qualify for instead of doing a crazy amounts of work to get a small increase to still a low wage
