Work from home, opportunities for advancement, PD opportunities

Cons

Difficult when many students do not come to class or “log in” but them leave their computers. Large class sizes (4 classes with around 50 students each and then enrichment classes that were a little smaller in the afternoon), very little parent support (but that can be said for teaching almost anywhere), district does not listen to teacher feedback at all. Flexibility use to be a major plus but so many classes were added that I was working a lot more hours than when I was at BAM with less pay.
