Working here is at the cost of your sanity; the head of school has no education experience and she has no business being in education and is like a child who was a “mean girl” bully in school because she was so insecure but hasn’t grown out of it. As many other reviews have said, there can’t be any type of team work discussions to problem solved because she will have to control everything and when she cannot she will fire anyone for no reason. The contracts are written in a way that’s illegal and they will terminate you without notice and for no reason at all. Worst head of school/ superintendent I’ve ever witnessed. Don’t ever work here
