The medical benefits are good. TRS is a great benefit. The number of days off.

Cons

This is the worst work experience I've had. The Superintendent is a tyrant. She has absolutely NO education experience and is condescending. HR is a waste of time and an absolute joke! Unprofessional leadership and lacking empathy. Micromanagers who are unethical.
