Pros

Working from home, comparable salary to BAM(while saving on gas money and car mileage. Also, don't have to spend as much on classroom supplies.) Co-workers are wonderful. Flexibility to teach from anywhere. Not having to deal with physical behavioral issues from students.

Cons

Extremely micromanaged. Rules/procedures are constantly changing and there are a lot of tasks to complete that don't really make sense or have to be redone because admins changed what they wanted after asking us to do it already. Admins seem disconnected from how busy teachers are with all of the tasks we are given. There are many long meetings that seem pointless instead of beneficial.
