WFH, the students, grade-band administration, co-workers. There are a lot of programs to learn, but support is abundant. The students are fantastic--once you have their attention, they're in. Working from home is great; some teachers find our workload overwhelming, but adequate planning and work ethic means I do not work outside of contract hours (including our one-hour lunch). The in-person PD and events are so much fun. Pay is getting better, and shakeups in district administration have been welcome changes. Retention bonuses, internet reimbursement, travel reimbursement, on-call IT help and support, equipment provided.
