Too many meetings EVERY week, heavy workload, too many people mandating checklists and requirements, Being in a virtual environment and having this amount of work with a traditional schedule just is not worth the cut in pay. If they want to be exactly like non virtual schools the pay should match. Everyone does not have the same schedule and workload. It depends on what you teach. Most do. It seemed like a good idea to work here as a teacher. It's not.
