1. Needs to provide equal opportunities for all applicants, to promote a more diverse company culture -I've known several teachers to apply...very good, tech savvy teachers, who never heard back from GCA. On the other hand, I also know of low-performing teachers to be offered positions with GCA, even though they were denied B&M contracts for upcoming school years. Unfortunately, I cannot state the key difference between the first and latter group of teachers.
