Pros

Remote work for daily tasks with occasional inperson events and professional Development. Most administrators work hard to support staf and make changes when able.

Cons

Pay isn't nessicarily as high as some school districts with this being a charter school and enrollment isn't as consistent due to some parents having an unclear expectation of what attending an online school is like and what their part is from the side of the screen.
