Pros

I love the people I work with. The students are also great and we get to spend a lot of time with them.

Cons

There are some tasks that are tedious and don't always seem to be beneficial in any capacity. There are some meetings that could easily be e-mails. (GCA has gotten better with this.) The platform used this year(Class) is very buggy.
