Decent job - Teacher Georgia Cyber Academy Employee Review

It can get lonely being at home all day and not interacting with students or other adults on a regular basis. The workload is EXTENSIVE. There are usually multiple items due every day. A lot of them are tedious tasks that take forever. Also, things change up every year! Our curriculum, platforms we use, programs for students etc. It can make the already stressful job of teaching more stressful. It doesn't help admin very rarely checks on you. I maybe had my supervisor truly check on me 1-2 time this school year. Another thing, this is basically like teaching in an in person school, just from your computer. So keep that in mind. ALSO, we go back for planning like 2 weeks before other schools! There isn't a lot of room for growth either considering how many people work here.
