Leadership has only one requirement: who has been there the longest. Expertise and knowledge are not required. I have never worked for such a toxic and mismanaged company in my life. The only loyalty is to those who have worked there the longest and the “friendships” they have. You’re better off working in a real school system with boundaries, regulations, and realistic expectations. And don’t complain or question anything. You’re automatically placed on their list. I regret ever working for this company and I hope you heed my warning. And don’t depend on HR to help you. You will notice lots of employees who have left suddenly because they couldn’t take it anymore. I was one of them. What’s sad is this is education and the leaders of this institution are horrible and incompetent.
