Pros

You can't really get fired. It's so complicated to work there and manage their processes, you can't really be blamed for messing up. Schedule is flexible. Admin is "available" too bad they don't actually know the answers to any of your questions.

Cons

Everyone in admin is overwhelmed, completely. Things that should get done, don't and it's the clients who suffer. Management will not refer out, so there is a massive waiting list. People will remain on the waiting list instead of being told to look elsewhere for services. System is too complex to navigate for a client. They go through too many people just for the sake of billing, so more can be billed for each client.
