the integration team was amazing. The CEO gave high hopes of a better company to come. The excitement of bettering a company and able to grow and flourish was something to look forward to. I felt the “with you”motto and held onto that dearly.
Cons
After integration, of course there are growing pains. Unfortunately, the DO placed in the office was a bully, condescending, narcissistic boss. She single handedly forced all the original employees . Her remarks regarding “I’m the new sheriff in town”” it’s going to be done my way, I don’t care what the policies are”were felt amongst all-7 people left in a month and a half of her starting. growing pains are different than retaliation that forces employees with longevity and loyalty out. too bad the “with you” motto wasn’t in her vocabulary.
