Pros
Solid culture. Seems to place emphasis on work life balance. Your challenges to things you disagree with are welcomed provided you do it respectfully. Tends to adhere to principle based management though I'd argue this has become looser as of late (perhaps was just some of my managers). Privately owned and not subject to qualms competition deals with.
Cons
Continuous changes in management/structure which do not bode well for customer relationships or long term value creation. At times it does not seem like they know what they are doing, but I'd also argue if they identify ways to be better, the sudden changes to external partners and internally may work better. Certain managers were great. Certain were horrid. Seems very behind the times/late to the game when it comes to processes
