This Position is created to management cover their failure , and blame to Systems Engineer.as former employee i highly recommend stay away from this. There is zero training, and through you in previous mess which they expect you resolve their issue with yourself, none of them they don't have knowledge, or how to work professional even people worked there for long time they don't have knowledge.all they do just going to meeting that's all they do, all jobs done with contractor and operators, and when there is issue or failure nobody take responsibility, and they are looking for somebody to blame which this position is one of them. when i was there almost 6 engineer left during one year in group of 10 engineer. They just talk about code of conduct, Factory of future which none of the management even don't know what they are talking about. beside they place is mess and you don't learn anything useful experience for your future, and the mill is in the middle of nowhere which there is no future for you and your family.good luck.
