Pros
They pay well for top credentials, experience and education. You will be indoctrinated to the corporate culture of Market-Based Management or MBM, which is extremely successful. If you have an interview, do yourself a favor and either read the book, "The Science of Success" by Charles Koch, or at a minimum, Google Market-Based Management and be familiar with the 10 guiding principles. You are given a fair amount of creative latitude to do your job. The company is very profitable and well funded and they value good ideas. Lastly, you will meet many hard working, very smart people.
Cons
Results are valued more than people. Many talented and smart people were forced to leave the company for reasons that never made sense to many. Develop a backup plan to working there because any day could be your last.
