      Very Good Benefit package Freindly atmosphere Safety of employees is a MAJOR Priority Job Security

      Cons

      Pay raises are few and far between, 3-5 years on average. Pay scales are lower than what I've seen in similar industries. Very inconsistent, and constantly changing business plan.

      somewhat flexible. requires little to no brains

      horrible management, working with felons, everyone is entitled, schedule is all over the place, pay poorly, long hours, bad food
