Pros
Very strong company culture, and if you go above and beyond they will reward you. People are great most of the time.
Cons
They tend to lowball you until you get into a senior management (8-10ish years) position. Very little to no bonuses on top of your salary & average to below average salaries for entry through mid-level roles. If you don’t go above and beyond, you won’t get raises even if you are doing average and the business is making a lot of money.
