      People are truly the best part of the job, the work is decently easy, not too stressful.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanaging happening. There is also a lot of work that I was asked to do that only got used for 2 months and then a new organizational change happened.

      somewhat flexible. requires little to no brains

      horrible management, working with felons, everyone is entitled, schedule is all over the place, pay poorly, long hours, bad food
