Pros
The campus is in downtown Atlanta, which makes it exciting and unique. Currently, the campus is getting some wonderful upgrades, from building renovations to street alterations. The university, itself, also seems to be becoming more well-known and respected. The student population is diverse and fun. There is certainly potential for this to be an amazing university, and a great place to work.
Cons
The organization of the university (or perhaps just certain departments) leaves a LOT to be desired. The department/area I was in had little communication and no one ever knew what was happening. I didn't even know many of the other employees. There is little supervision of faculty, and generally you are only contacted when you are doing something someone else thinks is wrong or not the way they'd do it. Most irritating part is that none of the departments on campus communicate with each other, especially departments like key control, human resources, and the departments of study. Any task takes ten times longer than it needs to because you just continually go in circles.
