Cons
Interdepartmental communication is non-existent. The result is insulting "campaigns" that add no value to the core function of the job and allows other departments to continue failing in communicating with students. Leadership is totally stale and INCOMPETENT. Work priorities are comically redundant leaving little time to SERVE student. No potential for raises. Work culture discourages innovation. Process implementation is so slow that new worflows become obsolete almost instantly. Leadership has no idea what advisors do on a daily basis to keep advising afloat creating a demoralizing morale so widespread and palpable that advisors openly discuss resigning and celebrate it.
