Pros

Undergraduate classes are not that hard if you are a graduate student. The job usually does not take 20h/week although it states so.

Cons

The salary rate is low, but it is expected since we are students. The expense at Atlanta is not as expensive as in those big cities like New York.

Pros

- Free Housing - Meal Plan - One of the better on campus job for students in my opinion (still able to be involved in other activities as a student on campus)

Cons

- Duty part of the job (Being on call and getting late night lock outs but this is rare), and definitely can still do homework in between doing duty rounds - experience can also depend on your hall director / area (but regardless still served on great RA teams, can be great if you have a co-ra but also been good at time being a single RA on the floor (no need to coordinate schedule if you do events together as a single RA unless you alternate events with your co)
