Pros

I worked as a student developer and cannot complain of the experience. Hours were flexible. Pay was fair for a starting part-time developer position during the school year. HR was agreeable and helpful whenever possible.

Cons

Largely employing students for part-time developer positions yielded significant turnover and some goals/objectives were lost during the transition process. It is to be expected though as that's why I chose to work here.

Pros

- Free Housing - Meal Plan - One of the better on campus job for students in my opinion (still able to be involved in other activities as a student on campus)

Cons

- Duty part of the job (Being on call and getting late night lock outs but this is rare), and definitely can still do homework in between doing duty rounds - experience can also depend on your hall director / area (but regardless still served on great RA teams, can be great if you have a co-ra but also been good at time being a single RA on the floor (no need to coordinate schedule if you do events together as a single RA unless you alternate events with your co)
