Pros
Generous tuition reimbursement for GRAs, incredibly useful to offset some of the out-of-state costs as a graduate student. Professors I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Cons
Stipend is low, outpaced by how quickly living expenses have risen around Atlanta. HR department is slow or unresponsive, and often does not do the task requested correctly. Onboarding process was a pain. I had minor requests to fix stipend and title errors, but both were met with pushback.
