Pros

Pretty cool place to work. Work life isn't very hectic. This place mostly concentrate on working on government projects.

Cons

The laid back atmosphere here might not be a great place for a person starting to enter the work world. But, they do work on very interesting projects.

Pros

Great team at the Smyrna Office, Specifically ATAS. You have ownership over the process and create the protocols and procedures which felt very empowering. The work environment healthy and you can have a balance in life. The company also is very engineer biased which is fine but that ruins team cohesion at times. Also lord forbid you be a new hire and a project is cancelled well buddy no job for you!!

Cons

The job is not stable as it is dependent on contracts and their extensions, this is the reason why I was unable to go full time. Also due to past negligence a lot of the job is fixing other peoples problems. Also your work day can either be slow or very fast. Also at times it felt you were punished for completing work timely as priorities would change.
