Pros

Lots of exposure, Paid Time off, Access to paid education

Cons

Alot of red tape for raises or promotions. Very frustrating because everything is tied to the University System of Georgia and their regulations. Hard for them to retain talent so there is a lot turn over due to being paid a fraction of what other Institutes or companies will pay.

Pros

Great team at the Smyrna Office, Specifically ATAS. You have ownership over the process and create the protocols and procedures which felt very empowering. The work environment healthy and you can have a balance in life. The company also is very engineer biased which is fine but that ruins team cohesion at times. Also lord forbid you be a new hire and a project is cancelled well buddy no job for you!!

Cons

The job is not stable as it is dependent on contracts and their extensions, this is the reason why I was unable to go full time. Also due to past negligence a lot of the job is fixing other peoples problems. Also your work day can either be slow or very fast. Also at times it felt you were punished for completing work timely as priorities would change.
