Pros

Great place to grow Great people to work with Important mission. Your work matters Good PTO and STO Hard to understate how great flex time is CURRENTLY hybrid (soon to change) It is a true 40 hr work weak. Work/life balance in that regard is good Jim did what he could from what I've seen Once you're hired here it is not easy to get fired

Cons

They pay you 90% of what they calculate your worth in the market is and that calculation is rarely accurate Pay for job roles falls under 6 levels. The pay jump is often significant but it takes years. No real raises outside of it. The quality of your work does not impact your pay There is an absolute rule about being paid for a role if you don't have the years of experience. You can be a project manager, SME, etc and if you don't have exactly 5 years of experience since you got your degree you will be paid the same a new hire with 2 years of experience or someone fresh out of college with a masters and zero work experience The whole company is micromanaged all the way from Georgia Tech. Your boss, and his boss, and his boss's boss have no say in most things that matter. Our hybrid work schedule is going away There are no extra benefits of working here that are not listed. We have to pay for our own pizza parties Once someone is hired here it is not easy for them to get fired

Pros

Great team at the Smyrna Office, Specifically ATAS. You have ownership over the process and create the protocols and procedures which felt very empowering. The work environment healthy and you can have a balance in life. The company also is very engineer biased which is fine but that ruins team cohesion at times. Also lord forbid you be a new hire and a project is cancelled well buddy no job for you!!

Cons

The job is not stable as it is dependent on contracts and their extensions, this is the reason why I was unable to go full time. Also due to past negligence a lot of the job is fixing other peoples problems. Also your work day can either be slow or very fast. Also at times it felt you were punished for completing work timely as priorities would change.
