Pros
Friendly and smart people. Great healthcare.
Cons
Geosyntec wants us to be able to sell/manage/do and go out to network while expecting us to be able to reach 100% of your billable time (in dollar value - so if you have crappy billing rate, then you are looking at many many many work hours). If the company want us to do more sales, networking, have other professional training, and attend conferences too, they can't give us a hard time for not billing 100% of our time. It's just simply not doable without putting in many many uncompensated overtime! Another crazy policy is that they don't give any paid paternity leaves unless you have worked there for more than three years. This policy is so backward, unfair, and disrespectful to junior employees.
