Pros
Solid family company, well managed financially , serious, pays everything correctly and on time. Salaries and benefits are market average. Culture has been under transformation to try to adapt to modern times. Trying to build a culture of openness and fight conservative behaviors. Trying to make all at its reach to stay alive.
Cons
Company operates in a market immersed in an international crisis, which does not seems to recover in the short term, affecting revenues and income, with all consequences from there. It is resizing to the new demand and job security is not high.
