Cons
Management doesn't like new ideas unless it is their own. Everyone is only looking out for themselves including higher management. No sense of team. People who show good work skills are overloaded with projects until they break while people with bad work skills have light loads and continue to get raises and promotions. No one is treated fairly. Corporate has a disconnect with the actual mill locations and only think in ideal situations when implementing new initiatives, when a steel mill is anything but ideal.
