Its very dynamic working with Gerdau with the Brazilian Management, They recognize all employee as a member of gerdau , they give good platform & confidence to each and every employee to work independently to work and to achieve the goal . They support a lot they look safety and each and every comfortability of their employee . They believe to their employee. I have worked more than 8 years here I have given many positive results and Brazilian recognize me and they have given rewards to my Job. I really appreciate the management of Brazil.
Cons
Now the Brazilian has handed over to Indian Management , its surprise to me to say an very negative things about which is very adverse to my comments i have done in Pros. They never want to run the plant with the good talents employees , Indian Management always support to those who able to manipulate the company resources , if employee resist they will put there restriction to the growth of that particular employee they will not rate good to the employee for getting there incentives as well increments which is very necessary for the employee as he waits at the year end . They will stop the growths ( promotions) of employee they will harash the Employee , also they will dispute such person who dont obey the etic rules of Company mentioned in the company policy . Higher management ( Positioned ) employee misused their power as MD never take call for any complaint made to him , even he knows the truth . Many time the royal employee tries to update the Brazil owner but I dont know why they not take call on the complains . Indian Positioned who have power they take call as per their suitability to keep employee as per their options only . I want to know if a person is working more than eight years why are into options . Always employee are working in fear mode working with the bad India Managments .
