      Pros

      Overtime available if you need to work OT. You can easily apply for another positions. 401K Multiple health insurance to choose from.

      Cons

      Swing shift. Steel dust is not healthy. Health insurance is offered but it's not the best. Rotating shifts is very hard.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
