      vacation available immediately, 100% vesting in 401K on first day. Lots of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Brazilian company out of touch with American market. Very volatile industry. Many initiatives implemented on top of others, with no real sense of an end goal.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
