      Pros

      Great people to work with within the plants. Company puts huge efforts into safety.

      Cons

      Plants are Micro managed by corporate. No advancement, and huge corporate overhead is heavy to carry. Not a fun place to work. Always bad news for employees actually doing the work. Constantly cutting bonus each year and most people make less money each year they work there.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
