      Good people to work with.

      Upper management slow to respond to the market. Not outsourcing positions, but bringing in more Brazilians to replace American jobs.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
