      Management lacks on the job training and day to day understanding of how each position functions. The union is in need of new leadership at all levels with contract writing being a concern and deficit to figuring hiring and job retaining efforts

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
