      Pros

      Fair and generous compensation. Lots of opportunities for improvement.

      Cons

      Culture is not great. Corporate structure is wasteful and ineffective. Many imposters in corporate positions not servicing the mills well at all as if they have any other purpose. Safety is preached as top priority, but it is not even close. Unsafe practices are tolerated because people are hard to find.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
