Pros
Great location, Great co-employees. ELT (Exec Leadership Team) was very accessible and easy to support! Work culture was strong & they let their managers show that they valued their employees!
Cons
Not really any I can think of. If I had to pick one, it was that the pandemic hit and they couldn't make employees permanent at that time, however, I know they wanted to do so, but just had to adhere to their temporary freeze on that.
