      Pay, good workers, vacation time

      They don’t follow safety on some aspects of the operation. Choose to turn a blind eye and ask that you go back to doing the job how it was in the past. Spend your off days recovering from soreness.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
