      Solid growth: has been growing and expanding steadily. International company: more and more countries, especially in americas. Need of personnel: brings in a lot of people, but loses a bunch of them as well.

      Very slow career path for young people Lack of organization to plan career Several changes in opinions, blinded by their history in the country

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
