I think we could improve our digital resource library for quicker troubleshooting. My advice to management is to consider a "Employee of the Month" program to celebrate the small wins we see every day in the office.

What stands out to me is the independence and the relationships I’ve built with the facility staff on my routes. Geritom provides great vehicles and clear routing, which shows they care about our safety and efficiency on the road. It feels like a big family where everyone’s role is respected.
