All managers at Germania are included in a comprehensive six-month leadership academy every year. Leaders receive training in the area of values, critical practices for leading a team, coaching to peak performance, leading with trust, crucial conversion, and situational leadership to name a few. Exercises and practical learning workshops are conducted to complement the training efforts and for retention.
Also, please note that Germania leadership continuously communicates the importance of our Open Door Policy and implemented an employee hotline in March 2018 to aid employees in sharing their concerns and issues. We have successfully worked with employees to remedy concerns in an expeditious manner while maintaining and honoring anonymity.
