Hybrid work agreement (3 days onsite/2 days home)
Solid IT department with a lot of industry and organizational knowledge
Most of executive leadership seems to genuinely care about staff, product quality, and customer experience (with the exception of a few title hounds with Texas-sized egos)
Privately ownership means no public investor influence
Cons
Increased hybrid work agreement from 1 day onsite/4 days home recently
A LOT of middle managers are caught up in interdepartmental power struggles and old grudges. Stressful to witness and bad for cooperation and morale
Executive leadership's still beholden to not-so-smart board of directors due to farm mutual status
Incredibly slow to change or modernize any part of the business (unless it's for rushed AI implementations)
The WORST health insurance benefits I have ever had even while paying for the highest tier offered
Personally witnessed regular harassment, yelling, and more by multiple managers and heard about plenty more incidents secondhand
