Culture - Everyone that I have met who works at Auctions By Cellular is extremely nice. The environment creates a Win - Win situation for the employees so everyone is there to support each other. This company has two Gesture accounts on glass door because the reviews are that bad.

The company is held back by poor and toxic leadership at the highest level. I strongly recommend speaking with former employees before making any decisions. The CEO consistently avoids accountability while placing blame on others, creating a culture of fear and instability. Feedback is often met with criticism rather than reflection, which stifles growth and morale. Leadership’s inability to foster a respectful and supportive environment has led to high turnover and low employee satisfaction. The company has potential, but it won’t realize it without significant changes at the top.
