The cutting edge technology and opportunity to develop an emerging segment in the non-profit industry are some of the reasons I joined the ABC team. Most importantly, it is the great leadership and high caliber people that solidified my decision. Great communication across all functional teams, innovative marketing, and well thought out strategy for the company. At the end of the day, knowing you help a charity/foundation raise money for their cause is the most rewarding feeling.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but if you are not a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, this may not be the place for you.

This company has two Gesture accounts on glass door because the reviews are that bad.

The company is held back by poor and toxic leadership at the highest level. I strongly recommend speaking with former employees before making any decisions. The CEO consistently avoids accountability while placing blame on others, creating a culture of fear and instability. Feedback is often met with criticism rather than reflection, which stifles growth and morale. Leadership’s inability to foster a respectful and supportive environment has led to high turnover and low employee satisfaction. The company has potential, but it won’t realize it without significant changes at the top.
