GST provided me with lots of great learning experiences. I learned much more than just ABA training techniques. I do not work in ABA anymore but the people and soft skills I learned from my supervisors at GST has helped me in my new career. Supervisors always pushed me to do my best. They were always there if I needed help or guidance. BCBAs and BCs spent a lot of time with me in the field and helped me build my confidence. I know my work there made a positive impact on the children I served
Cons
Scheduling changes. Children make great progress and get dismissed, parents change their child's availability, kids get sick. I know it comes with the business and is no fault of GST but I always wanted my calendar to stay the same for a longer period of time.
