Would avoid if you dislike short training periods - Seasonal Customer Service Representative GetInsured Employee Review

- role is seasonal but while working that seasonal role they are not transparent about that - you will be hired around open enrollment and the calls are rapid - Training is incredibly limited being only 2 weeks and I definitely was not prepared for the volume of calls -biweekly pay & hours not being transparent
