Bad service to customers - at the end as frontline ,area sales managers suffer all the blames Hectic travel round the month - too much of travel as one single person has to handle the entire territory . No support from clinical or marketing team when needed . No timely product training ..without product training they expect us to do the sale full efficiently Bad top management -toxic work culture .area sales managers will me mentally tortured round the year. Mental and physical detoriation as a result ,most of the asm and service engineers have underwent lots of mental stress and health issue the moment they join getinge . No asm stay for long term..nor more than 1.5 year to 2 year..such a pathetic work culture and managers . No value for even RSM. Rsm and asm both are treated same ..zonal directors play the game. No work life balance , no life , every week in the name of forecast your mental health will be screwed. Bad expense management ...every expense we spend will be cross questioned and put on hold ..we have to literally beg for the money spent every month for proper documentation . Excessive micromanagement
